- 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
- 30% Deposit Required. Checks Only.
- Cleaning Fee Per Stay $75 for 4 and 5 bedroom homes and $50 for 3 bedroom homes
- All Rates Are Subject To 11% Tax.
- Weekly Rates Based On A 6 Night Stay And Must Include A Weekend.
- Holidays Are Charged At Peak Weekend Rates.
- If Reservation Is Cancelled 14 Days Prior To Arrival Date The Deposit Will Be Returned.
- Must Be At Least 25 Years Old. IDs Will Be Checked.
- We Reserve The Right To Refuse A Rental To Anyone Who We Feel Has Misrepresented Any Information Given During The Rental Process.
